Returns & Exchanges


Your complete satisfaction is our goal. When your order arrives, please check each item carefully (immediately). If for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return that unused product for an exchange, credit, or refund within 60 days. All Closeout or Clearance items can only be returned for exchange or store credit.

Merchandise must be in new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn). Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition. When trying on boots, be sure to walk in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.

How to Ship Your Return or Exchange

Sacketts makes it easy to return your item by providing a return shipping label enclosed with your order. This saves you time and additional shipping expense. A small handling fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund. A merchandise return form is located on the back of the packing slip located with your order. Please fill this out and return in the box with your merchandise. Reimbursement will be made by the original method of payment. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

If you are exchanging an item, you will be refunded for that item less the $10 handling fee, then a new order will be placed for the replacement item. You will see a new authorization for this new order. Customer will pay shipping for the replacement item.
